The building has been renovated to a high specification using specialised, recycled, and sustainable materials. Additionally, each internal unit has a water-tight and solid roof and has been carpeted for extra insulation. They also have high 2.5m ceilings and large double doors for easy access and mobility when storing your goods.

This includes 24/7 high-definition CCTV surveillance, secure gated site entry with individual key fob, and secure keypad facility entry with individual customer PINs.
